We want you to love your luxury find, which is why FASHIONPHILE offers a 15-day return window for most items as long as the original security tag remains attached. Please note that items marked Final Sale or those purchased through our Last Call clearance are not eligible for return.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your FASHIONPHILE account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included, and verify that the FASHIONPHILE security tag is still intact.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

Inspection and Refund

Once our specialists verify the item's condition and security tag, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
